 Fees*
  • Per Diem Fee: $3,500 for each day of hearing, research & writing decision
  • Travel Costs: The cost of airfare or mileage, rental car, hotel, meals will be charged for in-person hearings.  In-person hearings outside of California will also be charged travel time at a rate of $250/hr.  (Note: travel time will not be charged for in-person hearings within California).
  • Postponement/Cancellation Fee: $1,750, plus any unreimburseable expenses (e.g., airline tickets), will be charged for cases cancelled or postponed less than 28 days prior to the hearing date.  This amount will be paid by the party cancelling or postponing the hearing unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.

* Costs and fees are split equally by the parties unless otherwise agreed.
