About Mark Keppler
Mark Keppler holds a J.D. and M.S. (Industrial Relations) from the University of Wisconsin and has over 35 years' experience successfully mediating and arbitrating employment cases (including wage and hour class actions) in both the private and public sectors. During that time, he has mediated or arbitrated over 1,500 cases in 17 states covering virtually every type of labor and employment claim.
Mr. Keppler has served on numerous permanent alternative dispute resolution panels as an active labor-management arbitrator with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the California State Mediation and Conciliation Service, as well as an employment mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Superior Court.
